Many people seem to be complaining about skin being too reflective. You can actually get rid of pretty much all specular reflections by using a polarizer setup where you polarize all light coming from the light source and, after that, also the light that hits the detector. If you do this and match up the angles just right, you'll get clearer, more detailed skin skin with barely any reflection. It may even be interesting to provide photos where you actually maximize reflection along with ones that minimize it: If used in a 3D environment, this data can be used to generate high quality diffuse vs. specular texture maps.

Text search would be a huge improvement, or at least a way to search by model name. Sometimes it's necessary to get additional images of a particular model, and it can take a long time to find that model again. We're updating our search engine as much as possible.

I realized after downloading the second set that I'm 'charged' by the number of images in the set. 2 sets consumed almost 1000 images of my 3000 image limit. Since I just need nude T-Poses, which is maybe 6 images of each set, this is a considerable waste and annoyance. The alternative is to look through the sets and pick out the nude T-poses. Unfortunately, there seems to be no rational organization to the images in many of your sets. Browsing through 400+ thumbnails, randomly arrange, and spread across multiple pages take an absude amount of time. I should be able to search for "nude female T-Poses" and get only nude, female t-poses, in the resulting sets. Ideally, I should also be able to download sets containing only nude female t-poses. I'm trying to follow along with a tutorial (Blenderella) that uses images from this site. The model's name is apparently Aneta. The tutorial uses Aneta_001, 088, 073, and 106. Unfortunately, I can't seem to locate the same images, since you don't have the option to search by model name or a page that just lists models.

I'm a black graphic designer and it seems very hard to get a good black female texture. I also do photography but it be very expensive to to get a location, pay the model and rent.

We don't need a seamless cyc as a background. We need a grid. Add a wall with horizontal and vertical lines. This will make it easier to align views for modeling reference We will work on it.

Often, the 90 degree view isn't @ 90 or the the rear view isn't @ 180. If it isn't bad enough the models can't pose properly, you could at least shoot them from the correct angles consistently.

I am a medical illustrator and have used, or tried to use your site for over 15 years. 3D.sk is an astonishing accomplishment, which makes it all the more frustrating that I cannot find the most basic information I need. For anyone in the medical field, or who needs to deal with an abstract ideal such as "normal", there is very little to choose from. The severely arched back of all the female models automatically renders them useless to me. Many have "tight" hunched up shoulders. It would be so great to have an anatomist art direct one session with a model who had been chosen for "idealized" proportions, and then photographed in classic, anatomically correct poses. The pelvis would be "tucked" slightly, not arched in a sexualized manner, the shoulders relaxed (even when the arm is raised), the hands would be relaxed, not stiff. I can eventually get what I need by cutting and pasting body parts together, but it seems crazy that with a site with thousands of poses you could not add a "clinical" setting for us in the medical field.

the search option really needs improvement, it never provides what I search for and browsing is not a solution. We added some new categories next to the serach bar and website layout to make the site more easy to follow. :) We're updating search engine frequently.

I wish to see all female nude models with open vaginal lips, many years ago all female nude photo sets had these pictures taken of the models. In the last year you are lucky to get one in five pose for these pictures on 3d.sk. Due to this i only subscribe once every six months.
